Heavenly Flan Shipping and Delivery Information
Yes, currently we are only able to ship orders in cases of 12. No shipping is available for smaller orders.
All Heavenly Flan orders are packaged with dry-ice and/or ice packs in heavy-duty Styrofoam containers, then secured inside a cardboard box. Heavenly Flan does everything possible to ensure each order arrives in the best possible condition.
All orders in the continental U.S. are shipped UPS 2-day air. Orders within Florida are shipped next day ground excluding Key West and parts of the Panhandle. Shipping costs are calculated by location on the cart/checkout page.
We need a complete address with street, city, state, zip code, apartment or suite numbers and a daytime phone number for the recipient. Heavenly Flan is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses that were submitted incorrectly.
No, UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. UPS requires a physical street address. We also cannot ship to AFO/APO addresses.
No, currently we can only ship within the continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

To change, postpone or cancel your order is not a problem. Just give us 48 hours notice to make the changes and we will give you a full refund. If your order needs to be canceled within 48 hours of the ship date, we will refund you 60% of the total order and keep 40% to cover our expenses. NO CHANGES can be made without at least 24 hours notice.
Like opinions, tastes differ. We are very sorry if you were expecting a less-sweet flan or a flan that looked differently than the one you received. We do not send replacement flan or issue refunds in these cases.If you are not satisfied with your flan order, please call us at 407-834-0034. Depending on the circumstances, we may replace or refund your order. If for some reason the information given to us here at Heavenly Flan was incorrect, no refund can be given. The order can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

Acts of God
Problems not related to or caused by Heavenly Flan
Not following handling and thawing instructions
Order sent while recipient who is out-of-town
Arrival time on day of delivery.
